• An application to inquire about a trademark is filed and the related form is filled. The application can be obtained online at our website and presented to the reception clerk for checking.
• Fess are paid for the inquiry of each trademark and the receipt is presented to the reception clerk.
• The application is referred to the trademarks section to check and inquire about the trademark in question; the result is written down on the same application.
• The application is presented to the applicant and a copy is filed (the result of the inquiry is not binding for the Registrar)
