The concerned person or their proxy should apply in person.

Documents required

• Subsidized flour disbursement card for bakeries
• Subsidized flour disbursement card for whole-grain flour centers

• The certified carrier makes a request for flour disbursement with the mill’s controller, stating the required quantity.
• The controller (a ministry official) issues a written order to disburse flour, stating the type and quantity of flour and whether it is subsidized or not.
• The flour quantity is disbursed as stated in the disbursement order.
